2nd: Garden Visit

We visited the garden today. We checked out the vegetable beds.

Our lettuce are growing larger and looks like it could be used in a salad soon.

The strawberries were ripening nicely so we picked the red ones and left the green ones to ripen in the sun.

The potatoes are growing steadily. They are too small to dig. They will take time to flower, ripen and harvest.

Our carrots are baby carrots still. They are small.

Our turnips are growing and there is no sign of the turnips bulb yet.

We had a taste of strawberry to see what it tastes like.
