Week 4-Aistear in Senior Infants

The highlight in Senior Infants was decorating cupcakes for a birthday! The children measured ingredients and practised their mixing and decorating skills. We also manipulated playdough to create birthday candles, gifts and food. In role play the children created a birthday scene with food and played pin the tail on the donkey. We worked on thought tracking and developed sentence writing based on the character Mark from our class reader. We also designed paper cupcakes and birthday cards. It was a wonderful week!
