The sun beamed down on the 6th class graduation on Thursday 20th June. It was lovely to welcome the parents, siblings and grandparents, as well as Canon Denis MacCarthy and Rev. Jeremy Nicoll. The children read poetry, shared their experiences with their JEP project and Green Schools activities, along with their favourite memories and hopes and dreams for the future. Awards and graduation certificates were presented. The children closed the ceremony with song and a wonderful piece of music on the harp by Anneka. Following the ceremony, the parents organised a bouncy castle and party at the front of the school. We wish 6th class every success and happiness as they move on to secondary school in the autumn.
