Butter Making in Senior Infants

Senior Infants have been learning lots about farming as part of our AgriAware project. We made butter by shaking/mixing double cream in a container. We learned about how they used to make butter a long time ago. We got to taste our homemade butter on crackers at the end and it was delicious!
